Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times:
- Germany & EU: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
